其檢查方法有經(jīng)驗法、搖車法和手撥法。經(jīng)驗法：下踩離合器踏板，判斷其有無自由行程。搖車法：搖轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)動機(jī)，聽分離軸承有無轉(zhuǎn)動聲，若有轉(zhuǎn)動聲，說明無自由行程。手撥法：拆下離合器底蓋，用手或起子撥動分離軸承，看能否作軸向或周向運(yùn)動。如不能運(yùn)動，說明無自由行程。
在風(fēng)機(jī)群控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計中，單片機(jī)PIC18F14K50支持包括USB2.0、USART和SPI在內(nèi)的多種串行通信接口，可以實現(xiàn)USB和SPI接口間的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換傳輸，極大地簡化了硬件電路，從而使得整個模塊的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性大為增強(qiáng)。其電路包括通信電路、顯示和按鍵電路等。
測控終端控制節(jié)點(diǎn)片上資源豐富，集成了電機(jī)專用PWM控制模塊、SPI接口等，大大簡化了外圍電路的設(shè)計和系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。設(shè)計采用dsPIC30F2010片上的電機(jī)控制PWM控制專用模塊，結(jié)合主電路可完成FFU風(fēng)機(jī)的智能變頻調(diào)速控制，采用SPI接口與nRF2401連接完成無線數(shù)據(jù)通信組網(wǎng)。并通過片上的10位模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器（ADC）完成電參數(shù)的信號采集，通過正交編碼器接口采集電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速并計算輸出風(fēng)量。
所設(shè)計的無線測控終端硬件包括主電路和控制電路兩大部分。主電路部分包括整流濾波和逆變電路?？刂齐娐凡糠种饕刂齐娫措娐?、采樣處理電路、隔離放大驅(qū)動電路、無線射頻通信模塊、顯示和其它電路模塊等組成。
通過實時反饋信號對電動機(jī)進(jìn)行控制，減少了人為因素對生產(chǎn)過程的干擾，提高了工藝控制精度，在工藝設(shè)備不變的情況下，使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量得到了提高，能耗降低。使用交流變頻調(diào)速器后，電氣設(shè)備故障大幅度降低，從沒發(fā)生過因起動電流大和工藝波動造成熱繼電器動作或空氣開關(guān)速斷動作而引起的異常停機(jī)事故。特別是電網(wǎng)波動再起動時，由于它可以從電機(jī)當(dāng)時的實際運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)頻率開始起動，因此起動平穩(wěn)，對電網(wǎng)的沖擊小。在未使用交流變頻調(diào)速器前，再起動經(jīng)常造成熱繼電器動作或空氣開關(guān)速斷動作，從而引起事故停機(jī)。
風(fēng)機(jī)速度調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬。風(fēng)機(jī)電動機(jī)工作頻率范圍為35一45H：，而變頻器調(diào)速范圍為10-50Hz，完全滿足工藝生產(chǎn)的要求。電動機(jī)起動無沖擊，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。原交流施動系統(tǒng)起動電流對設(shè)備的沖擊比較大。使用交流變頻調(diào)速器后，電動機(jī)從零起動，然后逐漸平滑升速，這樣減小了對設(shè)備的沖擊，使系統(tǒng)設(shè)備故障率6結(jié)語交流變頻調(diào)速器使用Za來，沒有發(fā)生過任何故障，大大減少了設(shè)備維護(hù)工作量和維修費(fèi)用。按目前電動機(jī)長期工作頻率40Hz、交流變頻調(diào)速器一次側(cè)供電電流230一250A計算，比原交流電動機(jī)直接施動可節(jié)約用電開支35%，電費(fèi)按0.48元/（kwh）計算，1.5a可收回全部交流變頻調(diào)速器成本。特別是電網(wǎng)波動時，成功再起動，工藝不停車，保證連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，消除了由于事故停車造成的燃料及物料的大量損失，使其優(yōu)點(diǎn)更加突出，直接和間接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益十分明顯。
